Hi, I'm Grace 👋

Currently a product manager at Imprint, where I lead customer operations. My team focuses on creating a trustworthy customer experience, building scalable internal tooling, and experimenting with new AI workflows. Previously, I led acquisition, working on the credit application and onboarding.

About me

I was raised in the suburbs of Boston before moving to New York City. I received a B.S. in Business and a B.A. in Computer Science at New York University.

In my free time, I enjoy adding to my puzzle collection, crocheting or knitting clothes, and trying new cafes. I also spend a lot of time failing to remove cat hair from my clothes (I have two).
